Refund And Returns Policy
At BumbleBee, we want our customers to be satisfied with their Bubble Tea purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this time period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your Bubble Tea item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as tapioca pearls and liquid flavorings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- To initiate a return, please send an email to returns@bumblebee.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.
- We will respond to your return request within 1-2 business days and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless there was an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@bumblebee.com with the subject line “Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]” and provide details about the issue.
Once the exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective or damaged item. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
Shipping Costs
To return your product, you should mail it to: BumbleBee, 77 Triangle Drive, Anytown, USA.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging your Bubble Tea items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there are any missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Gift Cards
Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
Some items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing.
